Found this old pic from Cannes, of a very early poster for what would become OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN, with an ultra-cheeky name that absolutely wasn’t changed because of similarities to WHITE HOUSE DOWN.
@NickBarker1971 No, he is not. There is literally nothing in the film to suggest that. I am stamping out this theory wherever I find it. Glad you enjoyed it, though! Top 10 of all time? Blimey!

Suddenly remembered the time I met the director Peter Hewitt on the set of THUNDERPANTS (one of my very first gigs for Empire), and greeted him with a jovial ‘daddy!’ It didn’t go down well.
