We use @PollenBakery sourdough made in #Mcr for our sandwiches - options include home-cured ham with piccalilli, Beenleigh blue cheese and onion chutney (veggie) & #vegan roast parsnip, pickled mushrooms & watercress.
Andrew has made a version of @PaulHollywood's Roquefort & Amond Sourdough (once sold in Harrods for £15 a pop!) using Ticklemore's Beenleigh Blue cheese. It smells incredible - but need to wait for it to cool down a bit before we slice into it.
